Hi, I have a DS-7604NI-E1/4P NVR, what cameras will work with this, i assume upto 6 MP , do the Hilook cameras work with this NVR? Or am I better just getting a kit like this? HiLook by Hikvision IP ColorVu 4 Camera 4ch 5MP 30M CCTV Kit (HI-KIT-IPC-COL-5MP-4)
On my hik connect just keeps asking for verification code, click ok just keeps giving same message, if i click cancel i get this image attached. Can't see how to put in verification code?
I have a 4 channel NVR, that has suddenly stopped receiving video to IVMS4200. Having looked further i see that the NVR is working if i attach a monitor direct, but appears the ethernet port going in stays red, can't ping the IP address either. Tried another cable but same. Anything else to try...
I was using Hik Connect app without issue. bit while away on Holiday i appear to have lost access. If I try now I am back home to add device it just keeps saying "Incorrect device verification code. Please try again. " Both on app and online at https://www.hik-connect.com . Any help appreciated
Is it possible to replace my hard drive with a 1 Tb SSD. If so would i need to clone my original or just do a straight swop? Assume the software to run it is on the original?
well i port forward to say 8080 in router and change the http port in dvr to same, but i then loose connection unless i use my local ip and end with :8080 so xxx.xxx.xxx:8080 but that is no good for Noip url i have, can't figure why i cant access with changing port, i can access like this...
I am trying to get ivms to play back video but it can never find anything, i have done this TOOLS -> SYSTEM CONFIG -> LIVE VIDEO AND PLAYBACK -> SEARCH VIDEO FILE IN -> STORAGE SERVER but through a browser can but still not via ivms am i missing a setting?
I have hik vision cameras and dvr, Currently i have port 80 used and access remotely via Noip If I change the port on router and dvr i cant access , should I be able to use another port and still access with the address I have with Noip?
