Thanks for confirming, I've reported these bugs to Hikvision so they can work on a fix in the next update.
Could you let me know what happens when you try two-way audio on those cameras now, following these instructions?
Sorry, it's a separate issue to the light and audio alarm one, but another...
Thanks for all of the testing @JB1970, I've passed everything onto our contact in UK Support, as well as the findings with the G2H-LISU/SL with V5 firmware.
They were remotely connected to one of our PCs to extract debugging logs from our M-Series NVR and 2087G2H-LIU yesterday, so are working...
Hi @Ekkoh, there's a good chance that this is a bug as I'm currently working on something similar with Hikvision with the G5 firmware cameras while connected to an M-Series NVR.
Before I report this too, could you please test with V5.7.14 build 231213 for the cameras and V5.02.006_240407 for...
Hi Mashhood
You need to log into the camera directly in a web browser to access the advanced settings for the strobe light and audible deterrent, which are explained in this video, under the "Flashing Alarm Light Output" and "Audible Alarm Output" from here in this video:
To set the light...
Hi @eyal - I'm afraid not, I've checked with Hikvision to be sure, and they have confirmed that the varifocal bullets like the DS-2CD2687G2T-LZS only offer the option to zoom in and out, and not to preset these - only PTZ cameras offer this.
You need to be logging in with the Hik-Connect administrator account credentials to access the firmware, so you should be seeing that page.
Try running the browser as an administrator (right click > "run as administrator")?
If that doesn't work, try adding the panel to iVMS-4200 and seeing if...
Update on this issue below:
Currently, if you select the "Hikvision_RTSP" protocol when adding doorbells, it will work as normal but not allow you to set up motion detection.
We're recommending people wait for the new public firmware release which will contain a fix, unless you urgently need...
I've been speaking to Hikvision about this, they're going to release a fix in the next public firmware release which means you do not have to use the "Hikvision_RTSP" protocol, which doesn't allow you to set motion detection up for the villa and modular intercom main door stations (doorbells) on...
15fps has always been our recommendation to save on bandwidth and storage, whilst maintaining a smooth video - there's no issue with increasing it, provided it doesn't strain the NVR too much (causing stuttering video and camera connection issues), it all depends how many cameras you have...
That's the highest resolution setting on your camera (2560*1440 = 4MP), so your installer has set it correctly :)
It means you'll get the sharpest possible picture should you need to use the footage for evidence.
You should only need to reduce it if the recorded footage is stuttering, as it...

Make sure your browsers are up to date too.
Are you using Windows or macOS, and which browser?
Sorry for the delay all, our rep in Hikvision UK Support changed so I had to raise this again.
They've agreed that it is a bug and have passed it over to the R&D team.
I've been told that there will be a fix release soon, either via new V5 NVR firmware or a Hik-Connect update - I'll come...
It looks like you can change the NVR's admin password and tell it to apply the same password to all of the Plug & Play cameras.
If you go to (on the V5 web GUI) System Configuration > User Management > Select "admin" > Edit (the pen button) ...
You can use the flyout to set the password, and...
