I cant access to Access Controller via web

I have a problem when logging into the device ِAccess Contrller using the web by ip Address

Access Error: 404 -- Not Found​

Can't locate document: /notSupported.asp

Hi @Ofealas, what is the model of the device you are trying to access please?
You usually land on that page when trying to access a device that does not have a web interface, such as the new Hikvision Wi-Fi cameras, at they are intended to be set up within the Hik-Connect app.

That controller doesnt have web interface, it has http traffic via isapi api but not actual web
