Hello, Is it possible to get notification to my phone (Hik-Connect app) about not-closed doors? I am able to get events about not closed doors to iVMS-4200, so I assume everything wired up correctly, I also have "Upload Alarm for Not-Closed door" checkbox ticked on the KD8003-IME1 settings...

Hello all, I have 3 x 2cd2385g1 cameras setup and one of them always wents offline when the temperature outside is below -12C. Is this normal behaviour? If yes, then why other same model cameras whistands even -23C? Am I supposed to contact the seller for repair/replacement?

But you cannot set up everything via NVR, most of the camera settings are missing. E.g. You can not set Min and Max object sizes (Intrusion settings). I'm also messing around with this, since NVR is keep reseting all Camera settings, the schedule and so on..
