I just reset and the wizard didn’t start but went straight to the black screen and all the service settings had reverted back to their old ones. I have to click Quick Set which finds the camera and it connects.

Before i restart does the info look correct? Apart from the username and password i have kept the domain name the same as i was given the details, it’s a free account but needs updating every month.

Ok, i don't want to jinx it but this morning i turned on the tv to check the camera and yippee no black screen. All seems to be working. Now I'm going to try changing the ddns settings and delete info as suggested above. The ddns settings are from the previous owner but i did try changing them...
