I don't get an option to enable Auto Tracking lite via motion detection

Okay, also if I set up a motion detection trigger and it starts auto Tracking isn't that the same thing what I mean to say is what is the difference between auto tracking and Auto Tracking lite isn't it basically the same thing?

DS-7604NI-Q1 It's not a POE NVR I saw somewhere online that the auto tracking feature has nothing to do with the NVR. I also have a k1 NVR will it work on that.

When ever I try to use my 2 way audio camera I get this error code 031003 also I can't sound the alarm on the camera.
