“Maximum number of persons reached” Error – DS-K1T342MWX

Hello,


I’m experiencing an issue with the DS-K1T342MWX access control device.
Since yesterday, whenever I try to add a new person, I receive the following error message:

“Maximum number of persons reached.”

The device is supposed to support up to 1,500 facial users, but there are currently fewer than 200 users registered.
The same error appears both on the Hik-Connect app (version 6) and on the web portal Web Client.


The controllers are running the latest firmware: V4.38.0 build 250109.


Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

There is limit if you add via Hik connect teams. As those data are stored on their cloud.

If you buy License for ACS-1Door on HCT it will unlock

Now that I’ve got the license, could you let me know where to enter it? I’m still new to this, so any guidance would mean a lot.
