Adding a Reolink camera to an Annke NVR?

Hi,

I have an Annke NvR which I believe is a hikvision rebadged. I have a Reolink rlc520 that I want to add as a 5th camera on the 8 port system.

I have done the above and the camera appears on the screen, however the image does not run smooth and instead it’s like a still image on the screen taken every 30-40 seconds.

Any idea how I can get the image to flow properly and display second by second?

The camera was set to h264 base line and the kbps but rate was set to the highest.

I’m struggling with this and it’s frustrating me now
