Annke DW81KD DVR system - cannot get notifications from 81CK PTZ IP camera?

I'm a newbie on here. I've some knowledge about how these things work. But here's my problem:
I have the Annke dw81kd DVR with 5 bnc cameras, no issues here.
But I also have a Annke 81ck ip camera. Pan, tilt, zoom and 2 way audio.
I can link it to my DVR and view it on screen and via the Annke Vision App.
I can view it on my Echo Show, and I can view it in its own MyAnnke App.
The problem is - I can't get any notifications?

I wanted to use at the front Door when we are not home.
MyAnnke App only works at home and if the screen is left open and on-screen.
Hope this makes sense.

Apologies, we don't work with Annke products and I thought this was the model number of your BNC cameras.

Annke are OEM/rebadged Hikvision products so the setup for remote access is pretty much the same as the Hikvision products we regularly deal with.

It sounds like you've probably just added the DVR directly to the app using its IP address, the IP address can only be accessed on your local network which would explain why you can't access the DVR outside your local network.

What you need to do to access the DVR remotely is add it to the app using P2P/Platform Access, how to set this up is explained below:

Thanks for the reply. But the Dvr and Bnc cameras all working fine, no problems with them.
It's the ip camera that's giving me grief. It doesn't send push notifications unless the App is open and on screen, it's a separate app to the dvr.
No matter what I try I get no notifications.
