Adding Acti cameras to Hikvision NVR

has anyone had any experience with adding acti cameras to a Hikvison NVR, I am trying to add them with OnVIF and they keep saying invalid username and password


sorry the Acti Cameras are TCM-7411

How are you adding the ACTi cameras? are they directly connected to the PoE ports on the NVR or remotely connected over the network via a PoE injector/switch?

If you are directly connecting them, were the ACTi cameras fresh out the box when you connected them or did you connect them to your local network first and set them up before directly connecting?

they are connecting via a switch, I managed to get them to add in the end by factory resetting the cameras, strangely though i can't see which setting this changed as I outputted the config before and after doing this
