hello. i have the Chinese CareCam pro (Q811) IP Camera. On phone is working fine but not on RTSP due to credentials that I don't have. I serched for credentials but none of them is working. I tried too the default password for Q810 that have been discussed before on this forum admin:admin123456 but that is wrong for this brand. If someone have the credentials for this brand I am pleased to share them. Thank you in advance

Were these brand new sealed cameras or did you buy them 2nd-hand from somewhere like eBay or Amazon?
If it was bought 2nd-hand you might need to try hard resetting the camera as it might already have a password assigned.
Also, look at the CareCam Pro website the setup video they have there does not mention accessing/setting it with a user name & password, sometimes with cheap Chinese cameras they will only support adding directly to app using a method like 'QR Code scan'.

Thank you for your response and sorry for delay but I had not checked the site for response. I buy it in Chinese shop but they have not idea. I have the program on my phone and there is working fine but I need to have the admin password for rtsp stream. Will search how I can make hard reset. Thank you again for your response
