Analogue PTZ camera controller issue?

I’m looking to install 2 PTZ cameras and controller to my DVR.
The system is analogue and the cameras are showing up fine on the DVR but I can’t seem to get the controller to work.
I’ve set the baud rate to the same as the camera but the protocol only show Pelco-C when the controller is Pelco-D or P.

Am I doing something wrong or do I need to get something different?

I can't offer much help, as we only work with IP cameras, but you will need to be able to set the cameras and the controller to use the same protocol.
