Are these cameras 2.8mm or 4mm?

Looking at the slight warping/curvature of the image and the size of the area they are covering I would think they are probably 2.8mm models, but FoV of some 2.8 and 4mm models is so similar that it can be hard to tell the difference by just looking at the image.

I think the only way you will be able to confirm would be to read the labels on the cameras.

Is that the label on the back of the camera with the barcode?

Yes, that label should state the model number and focal length.
