AX PRO AX Pro Outdoor siren daily notification "Expander Power Failure"

Hi all,

I have the AX Pro DS-PWA96-M2H-WE (v1.2.9, 240412) with 2 outdoor sirens on latest versions running on battery. Every single day I get a notification "Expander power failure" for both sirens. This is clearly a bug as the sirens are supposed to be running on battery.

Also is anyone aware of the best way to report bugs like this to Hikvision directly?
