I'm tearing what little remaining hair I have out trying to do the initial set up of an Ax Pro with a door station and two indoor stations (alarm components and NVR to be added later). I hope somebody can help.
I can't even get it to factory reset by holding down the reset after some initial set up experiments on my previous wifi. I don't hear the first voice (control panel is ready), it just starts the alarm sound. How can I reset it?
I'm running a Virgin router with TP-Link Deco mesh wifi but it won't pick up the wifi. I get a message saying 5ghz isn't supported. I assume this is not relevant as I also have 2.4? There's a strong signal from the mesh device next to the AX Pro.
