We have slowly been deploying the V1.3.0 'Update' to our customers. Among the many issues, our biggest one is constant notifications of 'Zone Triggered' We found a workaround by disabling 'zone triggered' under every peripheral under the exemption centre. However, as the weather is getting warmer, people are leaving windows and doors open and we are now getting flooded with 'zone triggered' abnormalities, despite this being disabled in the exemption centre.
Is anyone having this issue\found a workaround for it?
Other issues we've heard about from this update:
- Lost wifi connection
- Errors upgrading the alarm panel
- Mobile apps are showing an older version and stating they still need upgrading.
- Peripherals disappearing
- Network cable required to access web UI
- Inability to downgrade
Out of curiosity, is anyone else had any other issues? And if you're thinking of upgrading, my advice would be don't.
