Hi I've just bought a house at auction that was repossessed and it has 7 Hikvision cameras that are password protected. Am I now the legal owner of the cameras to get them factory reset? Thanks

Irrespective of what HIK say, you are the legal owner as you bought the house and its belongings. Getting HIK to recognise this may be another issue.
