Can someone please advise me on how to set up my mobile to monitor my Hikvision NVR/ cameras.? It works fine when in the house but not when I'm using data I e away from home.
Everything else works fine , able to monitor cameras on my computer.
How did you add the camera to the HIk-Connect App? Serial number or QR code.? QR codes are problematic with certain iphones/OS versions. Even though this problem does not exist on Android, I always use camera or NVR serial number to add.
