CCTV Choices

Hi.

Can you help with advise please, I am looking for a nonintrusive means of cctv to cover the front of my home.

I do have cctv equipment but it is over 20 years old and needs separate monitors, cables and wires running everywhere and you need to be a bachelor of the sciences and a specialist in nuclear physics to operate it, I was hoping that things had changed since then.

I was looking at door bells but I need something that runs on mains electricity with time date stamp, 24/ 7/ 365, night vision, full colour, and quick and simple to install, o’ yes, cheap as well please.

We can understand your confusion around/struggles with configuring a CCTV system.

Unfortunately, we primarily deal in professional IP CCTV brands like AXIS, Hanwha, Hikvision, Vivotek, etc... and they all have some level of complexity and configuration.

For quick set-up and low cost, you would probably want to look at consumer brands like Arlo, Nest, Ring, etc... but we can't really guide you on these brands as we don't have experience with these kinds of consumer products/systems.
