CCTV Licensing in Michigan?

I want to start a CCTV installation business and also offer internet/network solutions. All camera systems would be POE IP Cameras. Do i need any special licensing in Michigan?

We are UK-based, so I'm afraid we are not aware of the regulations your side of the pond.
