Firmware Correct firmware for DS-7616NI-K2/16P NVR?

I am trying to get new firmware for my NVR DS-7616NI-K2 / 16P but I find the listings in the portal from the guide a bit ambiguous. I cannot find one that has my exact model.

Also my firmware is well out of date is it ok to go straight to the latest or is it a multi-step?

The firmware for the cameras is also original I assume. Will they still play nice if I just do the NVR first?

Could someone who knows link me the firmware I want please?

You can find the firmware for your NVR here at the Hikvision Download Portal.

You will see from that list that the firmware you are currently running is older than even the oldest version available in the portal, so to avoid glitches/issues with the NVR software we would recommend updating to the latest firmware version in steps.

Below is the list of the firmware versions we recommend updating to in descending order:

I hit a snag after EUI the web interface basically wasn't doing anything so finished the rest off with a USB.

I hit a snag after EUI the web interface basically wasn't doing anything so finished the rest off with a USB.

For future reference....That happens sometimes when the web interface changes. Sometimes the page will not appear correctly and other times the page load will error out. The simple fix is just to clear your browser history before re-entering the camera/NVR IP address in the browser.

It appeared fine but I could not view cameras or upload the firmware.
