Dahua IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E AUDIO IN/OUT and ALARM IN/OUT

I am looking to get the IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E to work with my hikvision 7608ni-k2/8p NVR.

The NVR will be 60 ft away from the installed camera.

I already planned to use a POE switch and run the cat 6 cable to the camera. I want to setup the AUDIO IN and OUT, plus the ALARM IN and OUT.

1) Am i supposed to run the ALARM IN/OUT back to the NVR , via a 2 wire cable, or is it meant to be interfaced with an external device like an alarm system? Can i run this in the same conduit as the Cat 6?

2) Do i need this micophone\speaker to work with the camera?

I don't know the camera.
If the camera has the features you describe (alarm & audio) then normally you would make your microphone/speaker/alarm connections to the camera.
All signals would then travel via the network cable to the NVR e.g. no additional cables required between the camera and the NVR.
