Door Entry Does the DS-KV8413-WME1(C) support stand-alone mode?

Can anyone confirm that this device supports stand alone mode. I need to connect four android tablets to it and that is all. I don't want to purchase the static monitor as it will never be used.

If not does such a thing exist at a similar price point as we are a charity with limited funds.

DS-KV8413-WME1(C) Mention the app​

The V2.2.53_221229 firmware release notes say the DS-KV8213-WME(b) and KV8413-WME(b) will no longer work in standalone mode and will now require an indoor station but the single button DS-KV8113-WME(b) model will continue to work in standalone mode.

I can confirm my DS-KV8213-WME1(b) works in standalone mode after downgrading it from V2.2.53_221229 to V2.2.53_220816.

For the (c) models it's only the single button DS-KV8113-WME1(c) that will work standalone from what I've read.
