Tengo instalado el videoportero DS-KV8413-WME(C) y monitores DS-KH6320-WTE1, el problema es que no me permite abrir las puertas sin realizar la llamada desde el frente de la calle.

Debo aclarar que el audio y video está bien de igual manera la apertura de las puertas durante la llamada

Quisiera saber si el problema es de configuración, de firmware o simplemente no es posible en este equipo
