Hi @cool

The hard reset button is usually found under MicroSD card cover, your camera does not support on-board MicroSD card which means your camera probably doesn't support a physical hard reset button.

The only way you can hard reset a camera without a hard reset button is to follow these password reset instructions and send the reset file to the seller/installer you originally purchased the camera from, they can then sort out a password reset for you to regain access to the camera.
