hi. my hikvision H.265+ model
DS-2CD1023G0E-I got problem. once it was detected and video was shown., but in configuration i add another user ip with saame camera ip, after that it is stucked, nit showing on network neither with camera ip web browser is displaying its page. it says network change is detected.
i used sadp and ivms4200 but couldnot able what to do.
