DS-7108-SN-P remote view

Hi. I'm having a trouble with the remote view. My device is DS-7108-SN-P. I couldn't setup the ddns to use HiDDNs as it kept giving me communication error to server despite changing the primary and alternative ddns to google ddns. So I got no-ip, did port forwarding on my router, set the ddns with no-ip on my router too as I don't have a static IP. All done and works flawlessly (remote view using the andoid iVMS-4500) when I'm on the same network, but doesn't work when I'm outside the network where my NVR is on. Please help

Try using HikVision's Hik-Connect solution instead.

Hi. I tried this too. But the same thing. I do not see Hik- Connect under the platform instead I find ezviz with 'dev.sgp.evziz7.com'. I have made an account on www.hik-connect.com , added my NVR and all but still the same thing. Even for ezviz, if I'm outside the network where the NVR is configured, I cannot access anymore.

Sorry, we have never sold and have no experience with this range of NVRs.
