I have a DS-7216HUI-K2/P.
The cameras connected to this DVR are analog cameras.
I have setup the smtp email to send the images to my email using the Basic Event settings.
While I do get some emails with 3 Images I also get some with 1 Image and others with No Images.
I also have a iDS7216HU-M2 DVR where I had the same issue but was able to resolve this using a Customized firmware for 3 images found in the HikVision UK Portal.
I tried finding one for the DS-7216HUI-K2/P but they don't seem to have one on the website?
Should the Basic Event settings be setup differently on the DS-7216HUI-K2/P DVR?
