Firmware DS-7608NI-E2/8P/A Firmware update help please

Hello all,

I have the follwing NVR DS-7608NI-E2/8P/A.
I appreciate it is old but I would like to update the firmware to the final version.
I need the latest update as I have recently purchased a Hikvison moduar door station and I would like to add it to my NVR.

When I currently add it, it crashes and I have read that the NVR needs the latest firmware.

I am currently on V3.4.90 Build 161008.

I do not want to brick the NVR and I need some advice as to should I update to the latest firmware or go step by step to the latest firmware.

Any advice, help, tips and links to UK firmware would be most appreciate as the Hikvision website is really confusing.

Looks like 3.4.106 is the last on the UK portal.

You can go direct from 3.4.90 to 3.4.106.
