I've struggled to get my DS-7608NI-SE/P to work properly over the last couple of years. It now exhibits "freezing" of the signal regularly and needs to be rebooted. Of course this freezing is random and occurs at the most inopportune time.
To allow me to resolve this and to add additional cameras I've been offered a DS-7608NI-Q2/8P to replace the 7608 4 port NVR.
The question I have is will the previous cameras I had on the 4 port now work on the 8 port without a problem?
The cameras I currently have are:
DS-2CD2043 GO
DS-2CD2132F
DS-2CD2232
DS-2CD2143
Is the DS-7608NI-Q2/8P just a big a lemon as the DS-7608NI-SE/P?
