DS-7932N-K4 NVR - Change Language or Firmware Update?

Hello! I could use your expertise to help me change the language on this NVR from Chinese to English. Alternatively, if updating the firmware might resolve it, guidance on that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!

Googling for this model I can't find it anywhere, this combined with the Chinese language makes me think this model was only designed for the Chinese market and will only support Chinese language firmware with no option to change it to English.
