Firmware Looking for firmware update - DS-7332HUHI-K4?

Hi there,

Hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction - looking to do a firmware update on a Hikvision DVR but can't make sense of the portal or how to find the correct release.

I currently have a DS-7332HUHI-K4 running V4.20.002 build 211025 which was the firmware that came with the DVR.

It looks like the latest firmware for this DVR model is V4.20.002_220411 (which is a newer build version of the firmware you are currently running).

Thanks for that, is it normal that the Online Upgrade doesn't detect a newer than current version of firmware?

I have one other DVR if you could help, would be much appreciated with what the latest firmware should be?

Yes, the Online Upgrade feature has not worked properly for many years.

We have repeatedly asked Hikvision to fix it or remove it, but the feature remains on most of the NVRs/DVRs.

In regards to your 7608NI-K2 NVR, that is already running the latest firmware.

This NVR model is now obsolete/EOL, so the firmware version you are currently running will likely be the last major update for these K-series NVRs.
