Hi. I've recently bought a DS-K2801 and a DS-K1107AM reader. The problem started when I finished the setup, loaded the cards into the acces controller, via IVMS-4200, it didn't have any problem with them. I went to try them out , but found only 2 working card out of 700. When I tried to retrive a card number , the reader didn't return the card's information (except for the 2 working card). I checked everything in the IVMS, the authorization menu shows that the cards should be working, the wireing is good since 2 cards are opening the door. I tried to reupload the cards, it didn't work either.
Any ideas what i could do to make all 700 work ?
