Error 105 when trying to playback ip camera remotely?

I have a hikvision DS-7208HUHI-K2-P DVR. There are 8 'standard' cameras and one IP camera.
Everything works fine on the DVR.
Using Ivms-4200 on PC & Hikconnect on android phone, all recordings playback as they should with the exception of the IP camera. These recordings get an error. The error code differs between the PC & Phone.
Anyone any thoughts? Thanks.

I don't recognise the error code, to be fair they are typically not a great deal of help.
What model IP camera have you added please?
Did you check that it is within the cpabilities of the recorder?
Typically Hikvision's DVRs with IP capability have limits set e.g. maximum 2MP or 5MP for example.

The camera is TM-503 E IP B . As I said, it works fine with the DVR, it's the playback that doesn't work.
I am going to speak to the shop that sold the equipment to me. They have been very helpful.
