Has anyone had experience with the Face Comparison feature in the Hikvision NVR models DS-7616NXI-I2 (firmware: V4.62.210 build 230612) and DS-7732NXI-I4 (firmware: V4.62.210 build 230612)?
I am seeking advice on optimal configurations for these devices to fully utilise this feature.
Specifically, what is the minimum number of facial images and the required quality that should be included in the Face Library?
I own several NVRs from this series, but I have been unable to configure this feature successfully on any of them.
