An automated overnight patch update to our forum server broke it at 1am.
It took our host an inexcusable 14hrs to attend to it, and 5mins to fix it!
So much for our Managed Service and 1hr SLA?!?
It is increasingly likely that for their "persistent knobheadery" they will not be our hosts next April!
NB - quotation is a UK political in-joke on behalf of the Labour Party / Government - just seemed appropriate!

Here's hoping for a peaceful weekend, and that the forecast torrential rain is not too biblical this time!
