Hi, apologies for opening this thread after over 18 months. I have a similar issue - I have two IPCs, one an IPC-B140 and another IPC-B140H. The above link allowed me to upgrade the firmware on the IPC-B140H. I have not been successful with the non H version.
What is the difference between the non H version and the H version? Does anyone have a link to the correct firmware for the non H device? I just keep getting the "Failed to get the upgrading process" error, or the other mismatch error.
