Firmware Version Confusion

Hi,

Im typing in the model code into Hikvision firmware uk site and not one of my cameras is coming up. I know firmware updates cover multiply camera models, but it would help so much to still be able to type the full model number and get a result.

Can someone help me locate the latest firmware for the following:

DS-2CD2542FWD-IS current V5.5.5 build 180111)

DS-2CD2385G1-I current V5.6.2 build 190701

DS-2CD2335FWD-I current V5.6.2 build 190701
DS-2CD2335FWD-I current V5.6.5 build 200316

DS-2CD2385FWD-I current V5.6.2 build 190701

As all of these models have been obsolete/EOL for a few years, the product pages/firmware has been removed from most Hikvision sites.

The best place to look for old firmware is the Hikvision Download Portal, your 2542FWD camera uses the R6 Firmware and the latest version is V5.5.82 190909. The 23x5FWD and 23x5G1 models use the G1 Firmware and the latest version is V5.6.820 220519.
