HIK cameras on App only load if HD

hi all

So my cameras on Hik-connect for some reason will not load/display until I select each one from 'basic' to 'HD'.

Does anybody else have this problem? They will fail to load if not in HD for some reason.

Hope someone can help

App version?
Camera models?
Firmware version?
Accessing via an NVR, or direct to cameras?
Phone using wi-fi LAN or data?

Using phone and WiFi... same issue.
