Hik-Connect Hik-Connect - event messages stopped?

Event messages have stopped showing up in the Hik-Connect app underneath the camera images for one of the NVRs I have connected to my Hik-Connect account.

The events show up fine in playback both on Hik-Connect and the NVR but it's just the "Event Messages" section.

Anybody else had this happen?

Sometimes there are little anomalies following Hik-Connect updates etc. Assuming nothing has been changed in the NVR settings and there have been no firmware updates just try the following:

• In your Hik-Connect app go to 'me' then logout
• Reboot the affected recorder
• After a few minutes log back into the Hik-Connect app

Thanks. Just take another look and it seems that the linkage actions had been disabled in the NVR setup. Added them back in and it’s all working properly again now.
