Hik-Connect HikConnect slow on call from intercom (android)

Sometimes when i receive an intercom call, my HikConnect starts ringing after about 2-3 minutes... offcourse, the visitor is already gone..

Battery optimalization is already disabled... i also use other Android GCM/FCM push messages, they all work reliable, only HikConnect seems slow

anyone else seeing this behaviour too?
