Hikvision 2nd outdoor door station unit not working?

i have a question regarding hikvision intercom, i have 2 indoor stations and 2 outdoor station ( ds-kv8213-wme1(b) as outdoor and KH-6320WTE1 as Indoor ) i already configured master indoor station and the other one as extension, also configured main outdoor station, these 3 work fine but when i try to add the 2nd outdoor station it keeps telling me calling failed, i already added the IP address of the main outdoor station in the secondary outdoor station.
why is the secondary outdoor station not working.

What firmware version is everything on?

Make sure that the Door Station No. of the second DS-KV8213-WME1(B) is not also set to 0 on the Device ID Settings page, it should only be set as 0 for the master outdoor station - see page 41 in the user manual here.

it was a firmware issue, since i was using stock firmware i didn't have the device management tab in the outdoor unit config page, after updating everything to the latest firmware everything is working fine, ty for the reply

I knew that you would need to use the Device Management page if you were using the modular intercom range, but was unsure if this setup also applied to the villa door stations, so good to know!
