Door Entry Hikvision Doorbell Low volume

Hi,

I have set up a Hikvision doorbell and indoor station but the Doorbell speaker has unusually low volume.

All the Volumes are on 10 and even double checked via the indoor station and they are all on 10.

User can hear fine inside, but at the doorbell speaker, the volume is very low, you have to lean in near to the doorbell to hear clearly, even standing a step back makes it hard to hear and there is no road noise etc.

Inside I would be stood right at the monitor and even speaking considerably loud but that still did not help the outdoor volume.

Tried a simple reboot and that did not help either

Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes I did, Make sure the firmware is up to date and that resolved my issue. I think at the time of me installing this i was on 1 previous version and it still caused this issue.
After the update all was good
