Yeah that appeared about a week ago. It's taken a long time for the 8MP H13 firmware to be updated. For a long time it's been on a lower version than teh 4MP H13U (now on 5.8.21)

In the release notes that you linked I noticed this:

4. When the camera is directly connected to HC, the playback viewing on HC supports filtering human and vehicle.

That isn't available in the latest version of H13U (4MP). When installing a standalone camera (no NVR) that is very useful.

Hope its ok to jump into the tread

Does anyone have any experience with connecting the cameras using this firmware to the Axpro ? i have done this many times and the linecross detection has always worked just fine arming and disarming it using the arm/disarm of the AXpro .. However i now have the issue where dispite arm/disarm of the axpro the cameras stay in armed mode . Anyone who can guide me in this ?

upgraded 2 of these. No filtering on HC.

I Suppose only thing left to do is facotry restore and format SD card. Perhaps it stores differently

New version of HC out 6.11.2 a few hours ago - perhaps that’ll fix it. It’s out for iOS not sure about android

Hope they add this to the H13U (4MP models) to match. Obviously no chance that it'll get added to older models (G5 etc) as they're EOL.

Sad thing is cloud api supports g5 as well, its just the hc that needs update

V5.8.10 build 250605

On the website of Hikvision for the camera 2387G3 there is this Firmware. Firmware_V5.8.30_251210
It is displayed there as the latest.

What is wiser now - to trust the Hikvision site where all the company's products are displayed or to trust the Hik Pro partner site ???

When you say there is no firmware for it do you mean the site tells you that or that your serial number is invalid. I’ve never had a search reveal no results - are you sure that you’re entering the correct part of the serial number?

Looks like there's an issue with firmware search on HPP currently. I just tried yours and three of my cameras (all different models) and none of them returned a result.

I have noticed that from time to time various models disappear temporarily from firmware search results. For instance a few days ago a check on DS-2CD2347G3-LISUY/SL returned no results anywhere. It didn't appear on Hikvision UK > Support > Download > Firmware, or the corresponding EU or global site and it's also missing from the corresponding product page 'resources' section. Example search for a 2347 now:

I've seen this happen numerous times with different models of camera and NVR.
