NVR + Camera audio echo/whistle problem

Let me start by apologizing for my poor English. I have a DS-7604NXI-K1/4P and a DS-2CD2387G3-LIS2UY/SL (both with the latest firmware updates) . Everything works perfectly, except for the audio. When I turn on the environmental noise filter, I hear an annoying echo/whistle both live and when recording. When I turn it off again, it goes away, but the sound quality is not optimal either. This problem also occurred with the previous firmware versions. No matter what setting I choose, the problem persists.

Is this a known issue, and does anyone have any idea how to solve it?

It's a known issue with the new G3 ColorVu cameras. I spoke about it in this post when the cameras were first released:

Unfortunately there have been a few firmware updates since release but the issue persists and the Environmental Noise Filter is unusable. Hikvision's promotional material for the cameras details the 'Audio 2.0' having dual array microphone and 'improved audio clarity'. Unfortunately the reality is that the audio quality is poor.
