Stuttering Live View but not Playback on DS-7732NXI-I4/S(E)

Hello all, problem only occurs on main stream live view (when full screen on a single camera stream). It stutters badly, about every 3-5 seconds(!) but playback is smooth (main stream). On sub stream it does not stutter (but when I up the quality of the sub-stream to 720p and max 2048 bitrate it starts to stutter but not as bad as main stream)

Setup is 10x Hikvision Cameras, CAT6 cable:
4x DS-2CD2387G2H-LISU/SL
5x DS-2CD2047G2H-LIU
1x DS-2CD2087G2-L(U)

Camera Settings:
Video and audio
2688 × 1520 resolution
Variable bitrate
25 fps
16384 max (for the 8mp) / 8192 max (for the 4mp)
H265
i-frame 50

The 8mp smart-hybrid turrets stutter the most. NVR is on 4k resolution, output on a 4k TV.

Troubleshooting I did:
PAL and NTSC no difference
2k/4k resolution no difference
H264 stutters more than H265!
Medium, higher, highest made no difference
Tried i-frame 25/30/50 no difference (what's optimal settings for this one?)
20/22/25 fps no difference
Reboot entire setup

I don't have the firmware version of the NVR now (will update this post tomorrow when I have access).

But is this a known issue? Will updating the firmware of the NVR likely fix the problem?

I have exactly the same issues, Played around with bitrate, resolution and tried H265 but found it worked better with H264

Interesting to know how to eliminate the stuttering on my setup also.

Seems I found the problem, tho still not sure. NVR is not negotiating 1000mb but only 100mbps full duplex. I will try to troubleshoot it later. My NVR is connected to a 1gbit switch so not sure why it's not 1000mb if that matters. (but if it's bandwidth starved, why is playback not stuttering?)

5.03 is the firmware version.

Mostly fixed it. Apparently it's a bandwidth issue. Replaced the patch cable and it negotiated 1000mbps. Wow.

Monitoring now gives 80-120mbps usage on all the cameras. There's still this stutter on one camera but not as bad as before.
