HiLook IP Camera working with Hikvision TurboHD DVR

I had bought some HiLook IP Cameras, model IPC-B120HA-D/W (W), and tried to add them as IP Cameras to my Hikvision DVR, model DS-7204HQHI-K1, but the camera remains offline, although it is up and running normal.

Both devices were wired connected to same router, just to exclude any wireless incompatibility.

Same camera, added on my Hikvision DS-7608NI-K1 (C) NVR, works perfectly, no problem, no need to do some custom settings, is jut like adding a Hikvision IP Camera.

Any idea why is this happening with my DVR? Is this combination incompatible?

Some additional info, I was able to successfully add a Hikvision IP Camera on this DVR, and it worked perfect together.

Any guess on what might be the limiting factor in this HiLook Camera on Hikvision DVR?

There should not be any limitation, hilook,hiwatch,hikvision is all same software.

That was my expectation as well, but the reality is different . . .

Somehow, without me doing anything, the camera start working inside DVR.
The only thing doesn't work, is two way audio . . . I'll do more test in the future. Any idea on what I can check in terms of configuration inside DVR and Camera?
