Door Entry Indoor station will no longer connect to DS-KD8003-IME2 after password change

Hi,

I have a 2 wire system (DS-KH6320-wte2 and DS-KD8003-IME2). I forgot the password of the outdoor station. I reseted the password off the indoor station, but it won’t connect to the outdoor anymore. What are my possibilities?

Sorry, my knowledge of the 2-wire systems is limited, but hopefully, this helps...

On the indoor station (the direct interface), in Settings > Device Management, you should have the Main Door Station menu.

In here, re-enter the new password for the main door station and make sure that the IP address is still correct.
