Please help me if possible with the following.
I own an EZ VIZ IP outdoors camera model CS-CV310-A0-3B1WFR(2.8mm).
Somehow i managed to delete the device from the EZ VIZ app and lost the paper which had all the information necessary to recconect the camera.
Now i have added the camera back to the WLAN with an ethernet cable and also with Wifi but in both cases i get the following messages.
in case of trying to add the camera through the WIFI, i am asked to provide the password which I dont have/remember
in case of trying to add the camera through the ethernet, i am asked to provide the verification code which i dont have either

Is there any way to help me? I would appreciate it as otherwhise I am left with a functioning camera without being able to use it.
