iVMS 3.6.1.3 seems to have been quietly shuffled out on the UK download site (although it's not on the portal yet):

I've updated and it seems ok to me.
FYI, I updated it because since the last NVR firmware (4.51.005 for NI-I), my iVMS 4200 3.5.0.5 has been periodically freezing, requiring a task manager kill and restart. Only just updated, so no feedback as to whether the new version is any better, but it does, at least, appear at this point to be no worse

iVMS-4200 series software tools are designed to configure and manage Hikvision devices in a unified and intuitive manner.
